How to use The Round Table
- Enter the names of the people in your call, one on each line. Click "Make it!"
- Share the image with your group, so that everyone can see the table.

- You can share a screenshot with your group, or just share screen in your call.
- If people join or leave the call, you can always modify the table using the "Update participants" button.
- The image generated by this tool is not accessible for participants using a screen reader. If this is relevant for your group, please remember to share the image description text.
- Indicate who will start speaking, and that the turns will be taken in order flowing clockwise.

- We found that for our book club, the person indicated would take their turn, then others could pipe in with any additional thoughts. When that conversation finished, the next person on the table would speak/start the next round of conversation.
- We recommend indicating special roles such as moderator by adding *s when entering the names.
When to use The Round Table
- Virtual book clubs, company meetings, brainstorming sessions, online classes, group consultations, devotional meetings, family consultations.
- This tool works best for groups with 6 - 20 participants.
